Change your story, choose your 2022

The most important stories are not the ones we get from the media. They live in our minds - shaping not only who we are, but also who we might become. Living in stories also means that we can change them so that they better serve the futures that call us.

WHY NOW: We live in a time of life-shattering uncertainty (and, yes, of multiple stories about the present and the future). As the year 2021 is coming to a close, it’s time to face our own inner stories about ourselves and the world, and gently transform them where needed.

HOW: We are inviting you to a well-guided personal and collective shared space (online, via Zoom) in which we reflect, reset, and redesign the narratives that drive our lives.

Important: this is NOT a storytelling workshop - it goes deeper as it deconstructs the limiting beliefs that constrain our ideas and actions;  and reconstructs the capacity for positive change in personal and professional lives.

FOR WHO: Anyone who feels called to examine their inner stories of what is possible; in personal and/or professional settings.

WHAT:

  • Neuroscience: how limiting beliefs drive our lives
  • From victims to co-authors of the future: tools for deconstructing limiting narratives & expanding the spheres of possibility
  • Empowering inner dialogue as a basis for perceiving, thinking, and acting with grace and power in the world

The workshop can be also designed for a specific goal, group or organisation - give us a call to explore what is possible.

WHEN: Thursday, 16 December; from 18.00 - 20.00 CET (see your time zone here).

WHERE: All who have registered will receive the Zoom link & instructions on how to join three days before the workshop.

PARTICIPATION FEE: sliding scale of 30 EUR to 60 EUR (contribute what is meaningful, significant, and affordable for you - find a balance between your needs and the needs of your workshop hosts)
